Taxify prides itself on great customer support and communication with our partners. If you would like to get in touch with us, you have a few options:
Got a general support question? Go to your Taxify Driver inbox and send an in-app message to one of our dedicated customer service representatives. You can also access other common driver questions through the app's FAQ section, as seen below.
Problematic situation with a rider or a trip? If a rider is intoxicated, has a bad attitude, or wants to smoke or drink in your vehicle; if they try to fit more people into the vehicle than there are seats-- you have the right to refuse or end the ride.
Stay calm, cancel the ride if needed, and report it to us either by sending us a ticket in app or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To report a problem in app:
- Go to your Rides History
- Click on an individual trip
- Report a problem
When reporting an issue with a trip, please try to give as much information as possible as this will result in a faster solution.
