We will email you the receipt at the end of your ride in case you used a private driver or paid with the Taxify mobile payment.
If for some reason you still have not received your receipt, we recommend the following:
- Check if you have the correct email connected to your Taxify account.
- Check your spam/junk folder in your email account (the sender is Taxify Receipts).
If you still can't find your receipt, contact your local Taxify team here.
