We will email you a receipt at the end of each ride. 

If for some reason you have not received your receipt, we recommend the following:

  • Check if you have the correct email connected to your Taxify account
  • Check your spam/junk folder in your email inbox (the sender is Taxify Receipts).

If you still can't find your receipt, contact us for support at support.syd@taxify.eu.
